What does it mean to be a Senior Developer at Kiandra?
We are a consultancy and you'll work closely with our clients. The majority of your time will be spent with the team in Kiandra's offices in Melbourne CBD, with the occasional visit to a client's site for workshops, presentations and meetings.
As part of the software team, you'll be passionate and curious - you'll keep up with the latest technologies and industry trends. In turn, you'll actively share information and your knowledge with the team; you'll be relied upon for your insights & guidance; to assist with mentoring other developers; to estimate work and assist our pre-sales efforts, and to contribute to the technical direction of the team.
And who is Kiandra, you ask?
Kiandra is a software development and technical services company that has been operating for over twenty years and not to brag, but we've placed on BRW's Best Places to Work List seven years in a row.
We have a growing customer base and a successful track record of delivering software to a range of different clients, across different industries and of different sizes.
We are prestigious and we aim to have the best software delivery team, full of brilliant people, following cutting edge and high-quality industry practices.
We invest in our people's development through professional and training opportunities and we aim to foster our team's professional career goals.
Our environment is fun!

We encourage group activities such as monthly company lunches, ping-pong tournaments, daily quizzes, weekly group presentations, golf putting tournament, social committee events, Nintendo as well as EOFY and Christmas gatherings.
